We think local. There is no “one-size-fits-all” mentality at work here. One of the benefits of being a hometown builder is that we can dial into the unique details of a local character and culture. We have also found that there is always a market for the unique and special. A little extra thought (okay, a lot of extra thought) can make the difference between ho hum and wow.
