Interest Rate Buydown

Want to lower your mortgage payments? Using Inspired Rewards to buy down the interest rate is a great solution.  This can be done on either a fixed or temporary basis depending upon the type of buydown you are pursuing.  Permanent buydowns generally cost more, but last for the life of the loan, whereas temporary buydowns typically consist of a lower up front cost, but have a shorter term (usually 1, 2 or 3 years).
